Tanganyika Zinzani is a multidisciplinary visual artist mainly known for her portrait paintings consisting of smooth and textured brush strokes, metaphoric components and a poetic feel. Color, shapes, nature, black culture and her own experiences inspire her work. In addition to her portrait pantings, Zinzani extends her talent to abstraction, digital illustration, portrait drawing, graphic design, photography, curating and creative production.
Z.S. Art Experience is a platform for creatives of color to share their art and empower the people. Our unique art shows bring together various art forms uniting and awakening the community so we can all ascend higher together.
Join us at the 2nd show in 'The Colors of Art: Art Show Series,' Channel Yellow as we tap into the essence of the color yellow through art.
As yellow is the color of intellect, we will be accepting book donations to promote childhood reading and literacy. Bring your new or gently used books appropriate for grades K-12 to the exhibit and we will donate them to the urban youth.
